                          Welcome to our Class page!  When I first began my classes, the sole purpose was to support triathlon and running training.  Many people began joining the classes as their main fitness program and have found a fun way to get fit.  If you haven't experienced a Blue Fire class, come try one out for FREE.  If you are ready to sign up, please click on the "schedule now" button below.  Unless otherwise noted, classes are 60 minutes in duration and located at Blue Fire Fitness.

                          Group Conditioning Core/Balance

                          Improve your overall fitness through this group class designed to focus on core strength, balance, cardio conditioning and strength.

                          Mondays - 6am, 10am
                          Tuesdays - 5:30am - Superburn
                          Wednesdays - 6am
                          Thursdays - 5:30am - Superburn, 10am
                          Fridays - 6am, 10am


                          Indoor Cycling

                          Are you ready to sweat?  The Indoor Cycling class is a great place to work of your cycling fitness and strength.  Bring your bike and trainer and get ready to sprint, stand, do intervals and more!

                          Mondays - 6pm @ Snohomish Bicycles
                          Tuesdays - 6-7:30pm

                          Group Swimming

                          Improve your swimming skills with Team Blue Fire.  We train at Lake Stevens High School Pool in the winter and in various open water locations at weather allows.

                          Outdoor Cycling

                          1pm @ Snohomish Bicycles - We are teaming up with Snohomish Bicycles to lead a group Saturday ride.  The ride is about 20 miles and there are usually 3 different groups (14-18mph, 12-14mph, 10-14mph-Centennial Trail only).  Two of the rides go on routes around Snohomish Bicycles near Snohomish/Monroe/Lake Stevens.  The Centennial Trail does an out and back ride up wth trail.  This is a non-competative and fun ride.  Please check the calendar or Facebook as we do cancel for bad weather.  This is a FREE group workout.
