                          What's your race is 2012?

                          At Blue Fire Fitness, we work with a wide range of abilities of runners.  You can run or walk or something in between.  I often hear people say they aren't "ready" to run or are concerned with how far we might be running.  My words for you, if you are having that feeling, "Just come and begin where you are!".  Everyone starts somewhere.  Choose to train for fitness or to compete in races.   We have mid-week and and Saturday group runs. 

                          Wednesday Group Run - Meet at Pilchuck Park, Snohomish and run/walk.  Do the group workout or your own.  Cost - FREE

                          Saturday Morning Group Run - Meet at Blue Fire Fitness or alternate location.  Choose your own distance, limited to 24 miles.  Don't be afraid to run a short distance on this day.  I try to stagger start times so everyone can finish as a team.  Please RSVP and include your pace and distance goal for the day so that I can assign start times.  Cost - FREE

                          Race Preparation - Are you ready for your first mile, first 5k, 10k, marathon and more?  We can help.  See prices for a list of training plan options.  We have packages for race preparation and can also write a race plan for a specific race you are targeting.


                          Upcoming Team Marathons - Columbia Gorge Marathon (Ocober 23rd) ,  Tucson Marathon (December 11th) Marathon/ 1/2 marathon/ team distances available for both races.   If you are interested in training for either of these marathons or a race of your own choosing, let us know, we are happy to help you reach your goal!!
