                          Triathlon Training

                          We have a fun time at Team Blue Fire.  It's a great group of people to train and race with. 

                          There are a variety of options available for training.  You can drop in at various group workouts including; pool swims at Lake Stevens High School, Open Water Swims, Group Runs, Group Bike Rides and Brick Workouts.  Weekly detailed coaching and race specific training plans are also available.  The gym at Blue Fire Fitness allows triathletes the opportunity to work on their triathlon skills through group core/balance classes, yoga, the Tidal Fit swimming pool or the CompuTrainer.

                          Athletes choose the races they wish to compete in.  Many times we are at races together which, as you can see, is a lot of fun!  Although we are full of people who love to push themselves to be their best and win medals, completing and having a great time is the most important.

                          Blue Fire Jrs

                          This great group of kids makes up Blue Fire Jrs.  The Jr team started in 2010 by coach Mary. 

                          Safety, sportsmanship and fun are emphasized.  Jr Athletes also develop their fitness, racing skills and knowledge of the sport of triathlon trough Mary's "triology" program.  

                          If a jr is interested in joining the team, they must be 14 years old by the next December 31st.  Contact Mary (mary@bluefirefitness.com) for more information.
